FOUR STEPS TO HEALTHY BONES
Osteoporosis is largely preventable. Follow these four steps for the continued good health of your bones:
    1. Exercise. Effective in strengthening bone fracture.

    2. Diet (including calcium, vitamin D; and other essential minerals).

    3. Control Vices: Quit smoking, drink less alcohol.

    4. Test Your Bone Density You may follow steps 1-3 above but your bones may still be fragile. Medication may be needed to strengthen your bones.
